The essence of CognitiveOS Hypnosis®
From the book The Mind Shaman –
“We defined the problem. Now let’s identify the solution. As I explained before, the codependency remains stuck in adults because of the lack of self-leadership. This deficiency is the consequence of a behavioral system built during childhood without enough parental leadership, love, safety, validation, or guidance. In simple terms, because our parents didn’t do a good job, we haven’t received proper care, validation, and suitable models to build a strong behavioral system that can successfully support our self-leadership.
“Our behavioral system is flexible and reparable, and its only aim is to provide us with the safest and most efficient life. Therefore, if we can show to the mind where the deficiencies are and when the mistakes were made, the mind will correct and rebuild all of the faulty behaviors automatically. In this case, the challenge is to restore leadership, love, safety, validation, and guidance in the initial part of your behavioral system in order to activate your self-leadership, thereby releasing your codependency.
“Capitalizing on my life’s research and practice, I created a mind-healing methodology that helps clients to do just that. I named it CognitiveOS Hypnosis because it operates at the level of our cognitive operating system accessed in a state of hypnosis. It’s a journey of fifteen sessions designed to assist clients to gain leadership over their mind and body and to use their self-leading resources to rebuild their own behavioral system. We subliminally access thousands of symptomatic experiences to reach and destroy the behavior of codependency that we want to correct. We also guide the clients’ mind to correct the first part of their behavioral system created during childhood. This helps the clients’ mind to reprocess experiences by rewriting the initial faulty behaviors and bypassing all the mistakes of the original parenting, thereby fulfilling the period of codependency, clearing the obsolete instincts, and building a robust behavioral system. In essence, we rebuild new perceptions of the events, therefore new unconscious decisions and, in consequence, new behaviors. It deletes the mind’s old codependent programming software and allows our adult programming software to take its place. It is all done subliminally by the mind, on its own. We don’t need to recover memory after memory; that would take forever.” – The Mind Shaman p.162-164
